REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers may cancel orders before dispatch confirmation.

Orders already packed, processed, or dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds may be processed under the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Failed transaction with amount deduction
  • Product unavailable after payment
  • Wrong or damaged item delivered

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

  • UPI & Wallets: 1–3 Business Days
  • Debit/Credit Cards & Net Banking: 5–7 Business Days

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain products including perishable grocery items may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
